Comes with a 7 foot rubber hose a plastic "T" fitting and a  Brass 1/8" npt male adapter for the boost 
Also a 5 foot cable used to connect to the thermocouple.
Use a rubber hose to connect the gauge to the manifold found at your local parts dealer.
